Welcome to PrinBill
PrinBill provides online access to view your Principia bill, make payments, and set up a payment plan, using industry-compliant secure access.


All Authorized Users	ON CAMPUS College students	OFF CAMPUS College students
Login with your Authorized User email address in the "Authorized User" box.	Login to SSB with your Principia ID (P01) in the "User ID" box.	Login with your SSB Principia ID (P01) in the "College Students and Staff" box.

Hours of operation:  PrinBill is normally available 7 days a week from 4:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. (Central time).
Scheduled maintenance:  PrinBill is normally unavailable until 1 p.m. (Central time) on the second and third Saturdays of the month for regular maintenance.
PLEASE NOTE: PrinBill will be unavailable between Friday, May 18 at 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 20 at 8:00 a.m.

Authorized User Logins.  If you change your email address, please be sure to update this information in PrinBill within the My Profiles Tab. This will enable you to continue to receive communication from PrinBill and will save any existing payment methods or payment plans.

About PrinBill
PrinBill was initiated to bring Principia's billing procedures into compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirements. At the same time, the implemention of secure online bill access and payment provides additional features and benefits to Principia's customer community.

Using technology services provided by Touchnet Information Systems, Inc., Principia's PrinBill gives our customers full access and control of their billing statements and payments in a secure, easy-to-use, online environment and ensures that Principia's procedures are fully PCI compliant.

Credit Card Use for PrinBill Accounts
Principia's online billing system, PrinBill, allows account holders to make credit card payments through PayPath. The following credit cards are accepted by PayPath: MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Due to Visa merchant restrictions, Visa is not accepted by PrinBill's online PayPath service. Visa is still accepted for purchases at the bookstores and at ATMs on campus.

Credit card payments for PrinBill accounts incur a non-refundable PayPath service fee of 2.75% ($3.00 minimum per transaction). To avoid this service fee, please consider using the following payment options: electronic bank withdrawal, wire transfer, or checks payable in US dollars.

Credit card payments by phone for PrinBill accounts are not accepted.
